I struggled with heavy and painful periods for all of my teenage years – to the point where I had to take 2 days off school every month, and carry around at least 10 super heavy tampons in my school bag. Can you relate?! It was embarrassing and debilitating. I was told to go on the oral contraceptive pill at age 14, which left me depressed and anxious, and just was not a solution for me.
I accepted this as normal. I figured everyone was dealing with this. It was only as I got older and took agency over what I was putting into and on my body, that I began to see positive changes in my cycle.
During my training as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist, I learnt deeply about female health, our incredible biology, and the impact that diet and lifestyle can have on our reproductive health.

What if I want to become pregnant?
This programme is an excellent preconception protocol and exactly what I would guide any of my clients through if they were looking to conceive. Ensure to tell me in our one-to-ones if you are looking to conceive.
what if i’ve been diagnosed with pcos or endometriosis?
This programme is excellent for people with PCOS or endometriosis, and we dive into these conditions in the first couple of weeks. You’ll need to share this information in your intake questionnaire and there may be additions to your protocol that we make during our one-to-one consultations.
What if I become pregnant during the protocol?
This programme is ideal to prepare your body for pregnancy and motherhood! If you fall pregnant during the programme, be sure to let me know as soon as you find out and we can amend your protocol accordingly.
are supplements required?
There may be some supplements recommended, however these are optional and not required. Practitioner quality supplements will often increase the speed at which we will see impacts from the protocol, but will only be beneficial alongside the diet and lifestyle recommendations in the programme.
What if I’m taking medication?
You’ll be invited to share this information in your initial intake questionnaire and we can discuss any necessary changes to your protocol in our initial one-to-one consultation. I can work alongside your GP as needed.
do i have to do the programme over 12 weeks?
The programme is designed to be completed over a 12-week period as that is the optimal way to do it. Online content will be released week by week, and your one-to-one consultations will be scheduled at the beginning. To maximise the value of these, it is recommended that you follow the 12-week recommendations.
