What is Nutritional Therapy?

A nutritional therapist works to evaluate all areas of your life – from medical history to lifestyle habits, and nutrient intake to emotional stressors on your body. With extensive knowledge of biomedicine, biochemistry, anatomy, pathophysiology, and functional medicine, I’m able to understand potential imbalances going on in your body and identify the root causes to any chronic symptoms you may be experiencing.

Whilst medical services provide excellent treatment in acute cases, they often seek to relieve symptoms without exploring the cause. Chronic conditions and symptoms can often be best supported by dietary and lifestyle changes. As a nutritional therapist, I’ll work with you to identify the cause of your symptoms, create a bespoke plan, and provide continued support to make sustainable changes to optimise your health.
